Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed in Arizona.
- Must have at least 7 years experience litigating medical negligence cases.
- Must have experience in litigating cases against hospitals, physicians, nurses, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
-Must be able to handle matters from client intake through the Final Trial Management Conference.
- Must live in Arizona.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona.
