Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Locums Job in PennsylvaniaDetails/Requirements: Responsibilities: attending physiatrist for general inpatient rehab unit with medically complex patients.
Internal Medicine consulted on all patients to co-manage medical problems and hospitalist available 24/7 for emergency response calls.
Candidate is responsible for admissions, discharges, face to face visits (ideally every day, but minimum 3 days out of 7), sign preadmission screen, lead and document team conference meeting, IPOC forms.
Epic electronic medical record system
Inpatient: 100% No outpatient
Procedures required: None
Supporting staff: MD
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Available by pager 7am-5pm. In-person hours 8:30am-5pm including half hour lunch.
Call: Based on Needs
Volume: 8-12 inpatients
On Call: None
