Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Senior Securities Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in broad based, sophisticated securities expertise, including strong working knowledge of the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, the rules and regulations thereunder and blue sky laws. Candidates should be experienced in leading public and private securities offerings, well versed in the review and preparation of 1934 Act periodic reports and proxy statements, and have the ability to advise clients and non-securities lawyers on a wide variety of securities law issues; and will be expected to support the team on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible.
