We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Customer Credit Specialist to join us in our mission of providing unmatched customer service to our customers throughout all areas of our organization.
As a Customer Credit Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our customers' credit accounts. You will be responsible for processing and tracking customer credit applications, processing customer account payments while directing customers to use the company payment portal, maintaining and updating customer credit files, assisting customers with questions on their accounts, and other duties as required. This position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous support to customers regarding their credit accounts, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Accounting to ensure seamless credit support processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using credit assessment tools and financial software
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit support, customer service, or a related field.
