Job Overview: We are seeking a Lead AC Maintenance professional to oversee and manage air conditioning systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, maintaining, and servicing AC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. Duties: - Designing and implementing air conditioning systems - Conducting routine maintenance on AC units - Troubleshooting and repairing AC malfunctions - Reading and interpreting schematics for AC systems - Providing field service for AC units as needed - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during maintenance procedures - Managing a team of technicians for efficient maintenance operations Qualifications: - Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair - Proficiency in servicing ammonia refrigeration systems - Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices - Ability to lead a team effectively in maintenance tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills in diagnosing AC issues - Certification as a service technician in HVAC systems is a plus
