Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of transactional law and be able to handle a diverse caseload including EPA, corporate and acquisitions and mergers.

Must have initiative, be able to act decisively, work independently and exercise excellent and ethical judgment.
