Location: South Carolina Assignment Details: We are seeking Locum Hospitalists to provide Day Shift (Rounding) Coverage. This assignment involves rounding from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on specified dates. Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine Licensed in South Carolina (SC Medical, SC Controlled Substance, and DEA) Availability to cover specific dates: November 11-17 December 23-January 5 Assignment Overview: Join a team of 16-17 Hospitalists per shift Approximately 15-20 patient encounters per shift, with a target of 17 Daily census starts at 16 patients, with additional patients added throughout the day No procedures required Expected to respond to Code Blue events for assigned patients Late backup assignment every 14 shifts from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EMR: EPIC Additional Details: Dedicated admitter ("Swing") starts daily at 1:00 PM Day Shift Admitter runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Patient assignments based on geography and continuity of care Hospitalist RN Hub operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, staffed by 2 RNs If you meet the qualifications and are ready to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
