Job Description
Johnson Duffie, a multidisciplinary, full-service practice in Lemoyne, PA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the firm's Estate Planning practice group.

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all aspects of basic estate planning, trust administration and probate, which include drafting basic estate plans, conducting estate administration and drafting appropriate tax returns and filing petitions related to probate and estate litigation
Provide expert legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients
Meet regularly and communicate effectively with clients
Work closely with paralegals who provide support in the areas of estate administration, probate, and estate planning matters
Review and draft pertinent legal documents
Conduct effective legal research
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
Contribute to the growth of the firm
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in PA
3 years' minimum experience practicing in Estate Planning and Administration
Experience in real estate and family law is a plus
Mature and possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Conscientiousness with high attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Possess skills and comfort using modern software technology to improve efficiency, such as MS Office, PCLaw, and related applications
US Work authorization is required
