We are a growing outpatient orthopedic group looking for a new member of our team for our clinic located in the Mill building at 73 Princeton St, N. Chelmsford. At Complete Game we provide quality, personalized care for athletes and active individuals of all ages. We are not a "factory" type clinic and truly put patient care first. We also believe in work/life balance and don't put unreasonable productivity expectations on our therapists.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Connecting with each patient at every interaction
Evaluating and treating patients- ensuring that they understand and are an active participant in their personalized plan of care
Being and active member of our team to always exceed patient expectations
Willingly participating in community events and marketing strategies to help promote the practice
Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone
Be committed to lifelong learning and use that learning to improve service
Successful candidate will be a licensed physical therapist in MA and be committed to helping our company achieve our mission of helping athletes and active individuals of all ages get back to the sports and activities they love without missing valuable playing time or losing their competitive advantage.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Additional Skills:
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
