Role Overview
- The Inside Channel Account Manager, covering a region within North America, will work in tandem with peer Field Sales teams, and Partners within the assigned territory, to drive incremental business and net new logos.
- Recruit and actively manage Partners that meet Partner Program criteria
- Respond to Partner applications that come through the Secureworks website
- Qualify/Disqualify based on pre-determined criteria
- Maintain mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal sales certification
- Drive sales and technical enablement activities with Partners, primarily through on-demand tools and assets on the Partner Portal
- Track Partner progress through KPI reporting
- Participate in weekly regional sales and channel sales team meetings
- Work with Secureworks salespeople to identify prospective target Partners
- Coordinate customer-facing events/programs with Partners to develop leads and pipeline; report on event lead output
- Host QBRs with key revenue-producing Partners
Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Sales Development, Channel, Partner, Distribution Management)
- Minimum of 1 year of cyber security experience
- Knowledge of how to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
