Must hold current credentials for a lead teacher that aligns with Michigan Child Care Rules and Regulations. Applicants without these credentials will not be considered.
Lead Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing lessons and activities using their excellent teaching and leadership skills.
Team members are expected to maintain a safe, clean environment while also modeling good hygiene. Daily housekeeping duties, sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to approximately 25 lbs, talking and hearing are all expectations of the job.
Team members are required to follow specific standards, policies and procedures of the company.
Must be able to show negative results of a TB test, pass a comprehensive background check, and complete Health and Safety trainings.
M-F schedule, FT hours available. Care discounts available for Full-Time employees
Lead Teachers must pass a comprehensive background check and meet requirements through the State of Michigan Licensing Rules and Regulations.
This position requires an Infant/Toddler CDA
Must be 19+ to apply as a Lead.
