_ What You Will Do _
We're looking for an experienced and passionate BCBA to join our dynamic team. You'll help grow Lacuna in Colorado, setting best practices, building team culture, and pursuing superior services. You will:
Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical programs
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)
Develop and implement parent training and support programs
Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
_ What You Will Need _
Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field
Valid BCBA Certification
Applicable licensure to practice within the state of employment
Strong leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
A desire to pursue superior services
