Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, sharp, and experienced attorney to handle a variety of interesting cases from our beautiful office space in Westlake. Our attorneys have handled cases all over Texas and even other states for thirty years, appearing before federal and state trial and appellate courts. We strive to provide for work life balance and the compensation includes significant additional bonuses based on skills and results.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise complex litigation cases
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Manage caseload effectively and efficiently

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
