Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals facing Substance abuse Disorders. As a Counselor, you will provide counseling services to clients applied behavior analysis, and psychotherapy.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with inpatient care
Skills
- Proficiency in Group and Individual Counseling
- Experience in applied behavior analysis
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations for maintaining client confidentiality
- Strong facilitation skills for conducting group therapy sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
