Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessment techniques, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized assessments to evaluate functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Compassionate and client-centered approach with a genuine interest in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, promoting collaboration and interdisciplinary care. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing occupational therapy practice.Responsibilities: Knowledge of the principles and practices of treating injured, ill, or disabled consumers through the use of everyday activities. Knowledge of principles and methods used to develop and implement individual treatment plans, and the use of adaptive equipment designed to assist in self-help tasks. Ability to plan, organize, lead, and adapt planned therapeutic activities in accordance with patients needs. Evaluate and record progress for use in billing, reporting, and assessment
