Responsibilities of the Senior Manager-Re-Entry Program:
- Design and develop re-entry programs that address the specific needs of participants.
- Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health to implement program strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise and provide leadership to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Monitor program outcomes and metrics and prepare regular reports for the Director of Behavioral Health.
- Advocate for program participants and work to remove barriers to successful re-entry.
- Manage program budget and resources effectively.
Education and/or Experience:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required .
- Peer Specialist certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, including supervisory or management roles.
