Growing law firm with office in downtown Sarasota is searching for a litigation attorney with 1 - 3 years' experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly skilled in researching, writing, communication and advocacy, as well as experience in handling trials, hearings, depositions and mediations. The firm has a dynamic litigation and transactional practice including construction, real estate, commercial and general civil litigation, as well as condominium and homeowner association law, contract, real estate transactions and various other matters.
