Our state-of-the-art facilities, innovative treatment approaches, and compassionate team make them the top choice for physical rehabilitation in the area. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team.
As a Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve optimal physical function. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote healing and enhance mobility.
Pay:80,000-90,000/yr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients physical limitations and goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practices.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Progress Monitoring: Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular feedback to patients and their families.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, compassion, and a dedication to patient care.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification.
