- October 7 - Ongoing
Schedule
- 4 10's
- 6:30 am - 5:30 pm with 1/2 hr. lunch
- Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri
- No Call, No Weekends
Clinical Details
- Trauma Level 1 Facility
- CRNA's Directed by Anesthesiologists
- 1 - 9 Patients Per Day
- All Ages, No Neonatal
- CRNA's cover Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Hearts)
Requirements
- Board Certified NBCRNA Required
- Active KY License
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience required
- Required Skills: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement
- COVID 19 and Flu Vaccines Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
Support Staff
- CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists
EMR
- Epic
