About the POSITION:
PMHNP needed for the FQHC in York, PA
- 70% of the workload follows a patient panel and 30% follows a consultative model.
- Role is physically located within the Clinic with remote capability, as needed.
- There is a likelihood of working with patients with Substance Use Disorders.
- Peer Review Process is also in place
- LCSWs and LPCs are also on staff to support the Psych NP s work
- Work Schedule: 5 days/week
- 35 hours weekly (ideally) plus 5 administrative hours
- No on-calls; those go through the PCPs.
- Bi-lingual preferred, in English/Spanish
- FFH also contracts with Propio Interpreting Services, a video-based platform
- Outpatient NP need
- Ideally, the candidate can treat adolescents and adults
- Experience in Practice between 3-5 years, preferred
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
- Pay Range: $130 - $160K if annualized
