Job Description Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: Covington, GA
About the role: As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all CIM matters at the site level. You will also take ownership of the site's partnership with the local site business as part of site DD&T. You will be in the CIM OT Hosting chapter with main scope to on premise server hosting infrastructure. You will report to the Director IT Business Partner. You will offer specialized expertise and carries out site-specific activities and services to present manufacturing applications to shopfloor users. You will also provide feedback to the Service Management of the Chapter and serves as a local partner for operations and project deliveries.
How you will contribute:
- Be a site customer facing organization and as SPOC for all CIM related topics, i.e. maintenance window discussion, deviation handling.
- Be an expert for CIM objectives and spokesperson to site partners as part of DD&T supporting the Site DD&T Lead.
- Translate the business knowledge and requirements into CIM Chapter services and hold GDD&T service owners accountable.
- Insert site perspectives, like business process knowledge activities into chapter services at site level.
- Consult with the business to integrate their shopfloor systems into the existing environment.
- Partner with global servicing organizations like GDD&T and CD&T MLS where needed for standards.
- Ensure site-level adherence to global and site-specific CIM processes and policies.
- Develop awareness for CIM topics among site personnel.
- Support the Incident Resolution and Problem Management process on site level occurrences.
- Liaisons to all CIM chapters OT Hosting, Networking, and Shopfloor Endpoints & Cyber Security at site level.
- Assess feedback and business inputs to demands and service quality.
- Be an asset management coordinator for site critical infrastructure items.
- Operate CIM Hosting Infrastructure Services on GMSGQ sites, following global CIM standards and procedures.
- Represent the CIM Hosting team at site, with higher scoped role also in all time zones and regions, collaborating with local and global teams.
- Partner within DD&T and CIM chapters to support defining/evolving standards and site level deliveries.
- Holds interfacing service providers accountable within the service operations processes.
- Build & upgrade OT Hosting environments.
- Maintain the CIM OT Hosting inventory in CMDB.
- Operate and run the Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management activities related to OT Hosting, and support on Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management for the other chapter in collaboration.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Knowledge of hosting and networks, especially around OT production and laboratory environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with focus manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Background in IT Service Management and Service Delivery.
- IT/OT experience in providing services to a Manufacturing and/or Laboratory environment, ideally 5 years' experience in OT domain, and knowledge about Industrial Control Systems.
- Designing, building, and maintaining virtualization infrastructures for large enterprises.
- Experience in IT and OT Network Architectures.
- Experience running IT projects in a regional and as needed a global environment.
- Certifications preferred, such as ITIL, VMWare, Citrix, and Microsoft.
- Be able to show competencies such as subject matter expertise around Hosting technologies and support the our requirements following global Takeda standards.
- Address business issues through technological innovation. Establish global technical strategy to meet IT customer needs.

- Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
- Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
- Work in a cold, wet environment.
- Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
- Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $108,500.00 - $170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
