Must have strong schematic reading skills for functionality and installation as well as troubleshooting skills on several types of manufacturing high speed automated equipment. Must be able to setup, troubleshoot, install AC/DC drives, and motors control circuits. Must have working knowledge of high voltage, switch gears and Sub-Station equipment. Must be able to operate digital test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, DMM’s and analyzers/data loggers. Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and process. Must be able to execute and improve asset strategies and help to evaluate, develop, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) routes, make recommendation on spare parts strategies and be able to develop and execute focused improvement plans during outage opportunities. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (pounds) occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance on a continuous basis.
Employees must have State Electrical Journeyman papers and/or Electrical Technician, NFPA 70E Training. Must have Four (4) plus years of experience troubleshooting process equipment in industrial maintenance and or in a manufacturing operation, etc. Must have high value and display a sense of urgency to complete projects and tasks with minimal guidance. Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed. Other duties will be assigned as needed.
Salary Range for this position $$29.03 - $33.19 per hour.
