Our busy and growing personal injury firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years experience in personal injury litigation in New Jersey. Must be Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey. Common tasks include drafting discovery, subpoenas, motions, and various other legal documents, heavy phone contact with NJ Courts, clients, adversaries and experts, review and maintain files on a regular basis, monitoring deadlines, legal research/writing, trials, taking depositions, oral arguments. Federal Court experience a plus. Must be able to work an assigned file from start to finish. Deposition experience in complex litigation matters a plus. Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Salary commiserate with experience.
