About the Role & Team:The Walt Disney World Labor Attendance and Time Team are the people who make sure the hourly Cast Members at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts have accurate time and attendance records – but the reality is much, much more. Using cutting-edge tech, we make sure that we are in compliance with all federal, state and Disney regulations. We execute audits and also design and implement new initiatives to streamline procedures for our Cast Members. The team also helps enable accurate time and pay by assisting with questions from all levels of Cast.

This is an hourly role reporting to the Walt Disney World Labor Attendance and Time Team, part of the Workforce Management household.
What You Will Do:The Time and Attendance Associate will utilize a network of partners including DWSS Payroll, Global HR Operations, Labor Relations, Compensation, HRIS, and internal Workforce Management teams to gather information to resolve time, attendance, and pay concerns. This role relies heavily on critical thinking to evaluate systems and outcomes in complex tools such as MY TIME (Infor, Workbrain), CDS, and SAP. We also use Microsoft Office, databases, and custom software solutions. The role involves problem-solving and requires the ability to clearly explain system functionality to users at all levels. We support the attendance process by ensuring attendance on record cards is accurate while validating reprimands due and researching unique situations.
On any given day, the Time and Attendance Associate might:
Assist hourly and salaried Cast Members with time, pay, and attendance related questions
Interact with MY TIME (aka Infor, Workbrain) providing daily support and ongoing education
Analyze and audit time entries and outcomes in the time recording systems, making adjustments as needed to ensure correct pay
Evaluate reporting and audit results, intervening to enable compliance and accurate time, pay, and attendance
Process corrections to time and pay based on audit findings
Provide support for internal documentation
Research reprimands, and help to various projects
You Will have:Motivation and willingness to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
Self-directed, needing limited guidance and follow-up after training
Demonstrated strong guest service skills
Knack for communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive, personal information
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Slack, and Outlook
Willingness to learn new software and adapt to ever-changing work
Successfully work/partner effectively with all levels of Cast
Exceptional, unrelenting, laser-focused attention to detail
A flexible work scheduled to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of Zendesk, MY TIME, Systems Applications and Products (SAP), Cast Deployment System (CDS), or GEMS
Knowledge and understanding of Union Collective Bargaining Agreements
