Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Glendive Medical Center, you'll play a crucial role in preventing, assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in both children and adults. This full-time position offers 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week, providing stability and flexibility in your schedule.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance plans
- Familiarity with a variety of speech and cognitive disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to comply with all regulatory standards
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field
- Active Montana SLP license
- 1-3 years of speech-language pathology experience
- ASHA certification preferred
- BLS certification
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
