A growing retail company in Florida is actively seeking a newBookkeeper to join their growing team in Coral Springs.
Responsibilities:The Bookkeeper will:
- Run QuickBooks / Quicken reports and analytics
- Organize and maintain files, both hard copies and electronically
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Review uploaded documents for completeness
- Trace transactions to source documentation
- Correspond with various manager to ensure completeness of files
- Assist with special projects, as needed
Qualifications:- 1+ year of Bookkeeping experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with basic Accounting functions
- Working knowledge ofQuickBooks / Quicken
- MicrosoftExcel proficient
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
