- Full time permanent opportunity; Mon-Fri
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active TX license, DEA, BLS, CPR and AED
- Assess, diagnose and treat CKD
- Previous nephrology or dialysis experience preferred but not required
- Greater than 1 year of Renal experience preferred
- Combination of in-clinic/assigned to various dialysis clinics
