Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Manager to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations on our Clovis campus. As a Clinical RN, you will oversee the clinical and nursing care within our brand-new outpatient surgery facility. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
This role offers a structured and planned workday with regular hours, as all procedures are scheduled in advance, perfect for someone who values a predictable workday and enjoys fostering a top-performing team.
