Salary is negotiable and compensation is commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in all facets of paternity and divorce cases. The right candidate should also have trial experience and superior legal researching skills. Candidates MUST BE LICENSED IN FLORIDA. Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
