Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with medical professionals, clinical leads, clinical directors, ancillary staff, and team members to ensure high-quality patient care and effective operations.
Provide manual therapy treatment to patients in senior housing communities (i.e., assisted living facilities, independent living communities)
Maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, reports, and all necessary documentation efficiently and promptly, adhering to regulatory and departmental guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families or significant others to provide updates on patient progress.
Interact courteously and professionally with staff and patients, accepting constructive feedback gracefully.
Engage with patients of varying levels of functioning and personalities, addressing their physical and emotional needs in collaboration with skilled staff.
Adhere to Attains policies and procedures at all times.
