# Overview
We are an established law firm in the Bay Area that represents landlords throughout California. Our 20 plus years of experience has gained us leadership and recognition in this field. Our office handles hundreds of new cases each month and we are looking for an attorney to join our team. The position require a fast and efficient pace while still allowing for a satisfying work / life balance. Our firm has grown from a small family business to a thriving and dynamic practice that maintains a fun, supportive, and team oriented culture. New Bar License recipients and recent law school grads are encouraged to apply.
Duties
-Document preparation and interfacing with court clerks
- Draft legal documents including, notices, agreements, and pleadings
- Assist in litigation preparation and support. Attend court hearings and trials.
- Provide legal advice to clients on matters such as real estate and landlord / tenant law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association where practicing is required
-Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Counsel, law clerk, 1st year associate attorney, graduate school, unlawful detainer
Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000 Annually
