Adult, Child & Family Services has an exciting opportunity for an Outpatient Therapist (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) currently licensed or a clinical trainee in process of becoming licensed in the state of Minnesota as a mental health professional. This position will provide individual therapy within the United South Central School District in Wells MN, as well as individual and family therapy in our office located in Blue Earth, MN.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient clinical services such as intake, referral, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning.
Provide individual and family psychotherapy.
Participate as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, attending group consultation and supervision, at times in the Mankato main office
Complete ethical and timely documentation
