Shift: Variable Days, 8a-6:30p or 9a-7:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements: - CA license
- 3 years of pediatric hem/onc inpatient or outpatient experience
- AHA BLS
- AHA PALS
- Central Line experience and IV start
- APHON
- CPHON, CPON preferred
- Electronic Documentation preferred
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler Patient Population: Average 60 to 80 patients per day. Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Skills: IV therapy, sedation recovery for lumbar puncture and bone marrow aspirate procedures/ central lines, administration of blood products, biologics and chemotherapeutic agents.

Requested Time Off: Max 6 days The HemOnc clinic is closed on July 4th and Labor Day
Unit Summary: Patient Population: Average 60 to 80 patients per day. Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Oncology: neuroblastoma, anemia, leukemia/lymphoma, solid tumor, brain tumor. Hematology: hemophilia/ITP/sickle cell anemia. Skills: IV therapy, sedation recovery for lumbar puncture and bone marrow aspirate procedures/ central lines, administration of blood products, biologics and chemotherapeutic agents.
