The Law Offices of Mark J. Devine is seeking an attorney with Immigration experience.
You can be licensed in any jurisdiction, preferably South Carolina, but will consider all.

You need to be able to fulfill the following job duties:
- Work with the paralegals to prepare cases
-Prepare and represent clients in merits hearings for political asylum and cancellation of removal
- Handling Master Calendar hearings
- Representing clients for adjustment of status, asylum and AOS at the asylum office and/or USCIS offices
- Drafting motions to reopen, appellate briefs and requests for prosecutorial discretion
BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH Preferred, not Required
The ideal candidate is motivated and responsible. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right fit. Salary is commensurate with experience.
