Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized physical therapy assessments and treatments for a diverse patient population, including both adults and children.
Develop and implement unique, non-cookie cutter therapeutic exercise programs.
Utilize manual, hands-on therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
Build strong therapeutic connections with patients, fostering trust and collaboration.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and strategies for maintaining health and wellness.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapy license (or active Physical Therapist Licensed Applicant status) in the state of California.
Strong commitment to individualized patient care and manual therapy techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for serving the local community and improving patient health and well-being.
