We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams to success. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of innovative mechanical systems and products.
Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to production and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.
Conduct detailed engineering analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and related technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
