Job Description:
The Team
Stock Plan Services Technology designs, develops, implements, and supports stock plan products and features.
Stock Plan Services is an equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments.
As a Chapter Lead you bring your technical expertise along with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates.
You will help the team grow and develop their knowledge while ensuring that there is alignment across multiple areas of work.
In addition, you will collaborate with other leaders to establish standards, influence strategic decisions, and build out scalable solutions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree required. Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
12+ years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/ development is required.
3+ years experience managing a team of Systems Analysts.
An ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional business problems.
Expertise in working with Business and technology partners on both strategic direction and tactical execution.
Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others.
Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
Agile/Scrum experience is required.
Equity Compensation or Financial Services experience highly preferred.

As a chapter leader, you will be responsible for careers of associates reporting into you and contribute to the chapter goals.
Pro-active consulting in the definition phase about the non-functional requirements and its financial implications.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions.
Identifying opportunities for using emerging technologies and solutions to deliver business objectives.
Evaluating design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
Proposing and delivering efficient and scaled technology solutions.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
