Emergency: The Emergency Department Clinical Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing. Work collaboratively with the ED Leadership team to facilitate efficient clinical operation, staff development, effective management of resources and quality improvement in the Emergency Department. Serves as a role model, demonstrating competent patient care, leadership, and professional behavior. Demonstrates expertise in problem solving, decision making, and effective skills in communication, and promoting a shared vision.

Required Experience
Emergency: Required: - Current California RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS and VIP certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Three years of relevant experience in clinical practice or Charge Nurse experience
- Completion of 16 hours of pediatric specific education every three years
Preferred: - 5 years of progressive leadership and management experience
- Enrolled in a MSN program
