Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Authority:
- Manage fulfillment and shipping operations (Fuel, Lubricants, Plastics, and Consumer Products). This includes accurate and on-time selecting, labeling, wrapping, strapping, weighing, and loading outbound and internal orders.
- Manage resources to meet our customer's shipping expectations and work with sales team to communicate relevant information such as status of shipments, delays, product shortages.
- Work hand in hand with Production, Pump Slab and Logistics Managers to ensure sufficient product to meet shipping demands and ship efficiently.
- Responsible for shipping data entry, inventory control, including accurate cycle counts and investigating any discrepancies.
- Responsible for operating within our ISO standards and performing Corrective Action Request and root cause analysis.
- Create shipping metrics and reports to keep management up to date.
- In conjunction with the Director of Operations, develop and implement new processes and procedures for more effective, efficient, and accurate shipments.
- Maintain a safe and compliant shipping area that ensures the shipping staff operates within OSHA, ISO and other company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Expected to manage and operate within a budget.
- Provide leadership and build effective teams through employee development, providing goals, expectations, and accountability.
- Will be required to perform other duties as trained, requested, directed, and assigned.

- Excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to management, employees, customers, and clients.
- Be adaptable and able to work through various constraints.
- Experience in successful team development.
- Competent with MS Excel and MS Office computer environments.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Education, Experience and Training:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Shipping Management to include shipping multiple items to multiple customers.
- Safety or technical certifications a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends/holidays.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, comply with traffic laws and meet insurance requirements.
Work Environment:
- Exposed to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.
