We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a passion for helping individuals and families in need.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and families
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address students' mental health needs
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create a supportive environment for students
- Provide training and support to school staff on mental health topics and effective strategies for supporting students
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
