We have immediate openings for SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION SPECIALISTS. The Resolution Specialist will contact customers to address issues with their pending orders, while being cross-trained to assist in other support areas of the Contact Center.
Full-time hours on day shift are Monday through Saturday, with one weekday and each Sunday scheduled off. A pre-employment background check will be required prior to start.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve pending orders in various holding areas.
- Communicate pricing and catalog errors or problems to supervisor.
- Assist and cross-train in other functional areas of the Contact Center, as needed; including, but not limited to mail scanning and verification, and creating return labels on 3rd-party platform, to ensure proper coverage within the Contact Center.
- Adhere to set policies and procedures.
- Adhere to phone guidelines for quality and information accuracy.
- Adhere to call center break and lunch schedule.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Typing accuracy and minimum speed of 40 wpm
- Great listening skills
