SUMMARY OF POSITION: _ Sign-on bonus of $7,500 paid out in increments within 18 months. (Requires two year work commitment.) _
Under the supervision of the Professional Registered Nurse and/or Physician provides quality care to the sick and injured patients presenting to the Emergency Room and any patient with Ambulance calls within the Pike County or surrounding areas that have requested mutual aid. Responsible for triage care in the field as well as the Emergency Department. Responsible for effective communication to ensure safe and quality patient care in paramedic team, transport and handover. Shift: 48 on 96 off schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
HS School Diploma or GED
Valid Class E (MO) driver's license
Paramedic license (MO)
Current CPR Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
2-5 years' experience

Our hire-in rates of pay are based on years of relevant experience. Listed below are our hire-in rates for the position, which includes: minimum pay (no relevant experience) and mid-point.
Pay Range for New Hires:
Paramedic: $18.00 - $21.00 (_ Shift Differential additional $.75 per hour for 2nd shift and $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift) _
