- You're equipped with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. **If you have experience commensurate with a degree, please apply!**
- You hold a CPA license in the State of California, with around seven years of rich experience in tax preparation across individual, corporate, and partnership engagements.
- You have proven track record of supervisory experience, excel in planning, performing, and completing tax engagements, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- You possess robust technology skills, with proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, and have experience with ProSystem fx and CaseWare.
- You're a ringer at building and nurturing professional relationships with clients is a cornerstone of your expertise.
- You consistently deliver excellent work products and provide exceptional client service, including meticulous planning and consulting.
- You have a passion for developing associates and senior associates through comprehensive training.
- You can demonstrate your commitment to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, displaying exemplary project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
