Location: Roseville and Folsom, Placer County, CA; 2 separate hospital facilities; 20 miles NE of Sacramento Start Date: As soon as credentialed (timeframe 45-60 days) End Date: 13 weeks commitment required, with options to extend Setting: Hospital-Outpatient/Inpatient; 2 separate facilities to be staffed Schedule/Shifts: multiple shifts are available depending on the hours the ORs are open in each facility EMR: Epic Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Active, unrestricted CA DEA License
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- 13 week commitment with options to extend
EMR: Epic Case Types: B&B, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, ENT, OB, Robotics, GI. HNS: Some head/neck/spine cases (must be able to take, if needed. No Hearts, Peds, or Pain procedures. Regional Blocks if the provider can. Travel & Housing can be negotiated within Rates Malpractice Insurance can be negotiated within Rates
