In Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), Office of CISO, securing our IT assets, data, and access to applications is the core of who we are and what we do. Identity and Access Management has an opening for an IAM Team Manager, with a background in Federation MFA with Ping suite of products. This role will deliver and manage a team who is working on large, complex Identity and Access Management programs in the areas of Single Sign On, Multifactor and Passwordless.

- Working closely with IAM Engineering, scrum teams, peer groups and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives. As well as forging healthy working relationships to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team
- Provide inputs for the communication plans, periodic presentations, and program updates to the leadership
- Set goals and objectives for your reporting engineers
- Mentor and grow your team
- Work with SOX/PCI audit group, support audit activities.
- Overall accountability for the deliverables and timelines
- Oversee adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps
What you have
Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' implementation experience in Federation MFA with Ping suite of products such as (Ping Fed, Ping ID, Da Vinci, Ping Security)
- 5+ years' experience as a direct people manager managing technical programs.
- Included in those 5 years, experience in working with agile methodologies for project execution is a must.
Preferred: - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred
