Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Ensure IEL inventory is fully utilized and minimizing expenses when not in use.
Determine appropriate actions for large repair issues.
Collaborate with terminal operations as well as third party providers to pick up and return the equipment as desired by IEL.
Manage the ordering and return of equipment processes and coordinate with all shop locations and/or third party OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturer's).
Ensure work completed by Swift shop facilities meets IEL criteria and work is appropriately billed.
Maintain and update all equipment in the IEL Truck Database.
Review all maintenance repair orders charged to IEL by Swift shops or other third parties to ensure IEL is properly being charged for services performed.
Assist in month-end close process including the updating of IEL databases with monthly activity
Review and process all IEL tractor terminations to determine proper method of disposal for tractor.
Determine if available funds exist on the Swift settlement to collect for IEL to cover expenses as outlined in the IEL Lease and Contract agreements with our customers.
Assist the mechanical team with the review and approvals of customer work orders.
Maintain standard work processes for all essential functions, update processes as changes occur, and continually review processes for improvement opportunities.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
2+ years experience of heavy equipment maintenance required.
Previous experience in warranty required.
Previous experience in credit, finance preferred.
Associates in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Must possess excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments
Must be able to adapt to change is an excellent team-player.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Access.
