Overview We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs and creating a supportive educational environment. Duties - Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs - Provide instruction tailored to each student's unique learning requirements - Utilize various teaching strategies to support students in achieving academic and developmental goals - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students - Incorporate speech therapy, behavioral therapy, and early intervention techniques into daily lessons - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth Experience - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred - State certification in Special Education - Experience working with children with special needs, including those requiring early childhood education or toddler care - Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs - Knowledge of literacy education strategies for students with diverse learning needs - Familiarity with private school settings and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly Join our team of dedicated educators committed to making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
