Position Information:
The Respiratory Therapist Lead is responsible for the clinical and technical supervision of the Adult Respiratory Care staff. The Team Leader will ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility. The Team Leader will continue to encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including but not limited to all types of oxygen therapy aerosol therapy intubation arterial puncture and analysis and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients. The Team Leader plans implements and evaluates the effectiveness of therapy. The Team Leader understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy Required
Education Required:
Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - And NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required
