Description
Thermo-Trol Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC/DDC Service team as full-time DDC Service Technician in Hampton Roads, VA. The DDC service Technician will install and inspect Commercial DDC systems for Thermo-Trol Systems' customers and clients.
DDC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary point-to-point check-out, commissioning, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures on building automation systems, front-end workstations, servers, electric and pneumatic controls.
- Troubleshoot and repair building automation system panels, including communications equipment, printed circuit boards, power supplies, electrical/electronic controls, sensors, and transducers.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company, clients, sub-contractors, and other contacts.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

DDC Service Technician Requirements and Certifications:
- 5 - 10+ years' experience in building controls and automation systems
- Working knowledge of BACnet control systems
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Automated logic controls knowledge a plus
Compensation details: 63000-115000 Yearly Salary
