About the role:
Groomers are primarily responsible for grooming dogs, acting as the face of Groombuggy when interacting with customers and operating Groombuggy’s mobile grooming vans. They are the lifeblood of our organization and represent Groombuggy in a way that is consistent with the company’s values.

Typical hourly earnings up to $40 including tip & bonus

Role Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a groomer
- Responsible driver with valid drivers license, comfortable driving a large van
- Professional and friendly with customers and their dogs
- Comfortable using your mobile phone (we use a lot of tech!)
- This position requires the ability to drive a motor vehicle, stand for an extended period, lift animals and equipment up to 50 lbs, utilize gross manipulation to operate grooming tools, and occasional stooping, crouching, or kneeling.

In-van technical interview (AKA your Pawdition!) with one of our Groomer Managers to test your skills, chat groomer to groomer and learn about our vans
Offer call followed by a written offer letter + background check + onboarding
Onboarding:
You’ll likely start the same day as other members of the team and will have meet & greet video calls to get to know key members of the team.
After that, you’ll spend several days riding along with a Groomer Manager for in-depth orientation and training. We want to make sure you are comfortable and set up for success!
